I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years and in the lending business in one way or another for over 20 years, and I own both Real Estate and Mortgage companies, and I have heard just about every speaker there is tell me and others how to improve our businesses. At this point in my career, I am usually bored."
But I wasn't bored yesterday. Your style was fun and engaging, but more importantly, your presentation was direct, to the point, highly organized, clear as a bell, and CORRECT! What do I mean by correct? I mean that you didn't try to tell us how to "assembly line" our businesses so that we could do millions of deals, you showed us how to work with our clients to give them better service and get our new business from them. I am a strong believer in quality, not just quantity, and that's what you teach. Moreover, you didn't just throw out a bunch of methods, you impressed us with principles and then showed us some methods as examples, so the people in the audience who got the principles could apply them in areas that you didn't even touch on. I am happy to say that I've already modified my business plans because of a light that you turned on for me yesterday, and for a guy who's been around like me, that's saying something.
