		<description>Good point!  I agree the situation you described is not &quot;successful modification&quot;.  The goal for all of us in the housing/lending industry is to help our customers clients and prospects to get solid leadership that supports their needs first and not our commissions to build real bridges of trust and to develop long term repeat business.  There is so much confusion and frustration especially in this quadrant of the lending industry that real authentic leadership would be a blessing.  How about we write about what agents need to know and how they can help their clients and customers to avail themselves of trusted advisors that actually have their best interests in mind?

You nailed it! Is it the finish line or the starting point? I used to think that decade into decade represented a straight line but I am clear that all my life is a circle and the finish line and the starting line are deceptive...THEY CHANGE and if you don&#039;t change along with them your destiny is to repeat what you&#039;ve already done. That&#039;s a good thing, if you are the person you want to be. If you are not the person you want to be, it&#039;s OK because the New Decade is just a starting line anyway.
